I popped the bottom of the center console off to run a wire - and was partly concerned about what ford has done with the USB-A port. Both ports have individual harnesses. The USB-C port uses a decent sized, solid plastic connector. You should never jump start a vehicle with jump leads connected to the negative terminal of the battery you are jumping as there is a risk of explosion. I found a Kuga with the unit still intact and working. He is wanting 200 euro for it (bargain!). My only problem is the USB hub and connectors at the minute.
