I noticed my ACC would be down during cold weather and during warmer days would be active. First step, alway give the car's year and engine, plus any other details that pertain to your question. On mine (a '96) fuse S13 powers the cruise control circuit. I bought it second hand and it worked Ok for just 2 days. Now the dash lights up like a Christmas tree. First scan is before clearing all DTC and the second is after having the car running for 2-3 minutes. After those 2 3 minutes engine will rev to 1000 rpm but still be able to drive. Both rear air springs would drop occasionally and the ride would be bouncy but it would often pump itself back up after a while.
